Tykiera Olive-Stalling is a technology leader with over ten years of experience across IT operations, service delivery, analytics, and secure systems design. Her career began in hands-on service desk and technical support roles, where she supported a wide range of organizations and environments, building a strong foundation in troubleshooting, infrastructure reliability, and end-user experience.

As her career progressed, Tykiera moved into technical operations and business analysis roles, leading cross-functional initiatives that align technology strategy with business objectives. She has designed and implemented secure workflow automations, overseen enterprise IT initiatives, and delivered executive-level analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Her leadership approach emphasizes operational resilience, security, and scalable system design.

Tykiera brings a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic perspective, shaped by years of frontline IT experience and enterprise-level execution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science. As Chief Technology Officer, she focuses on building high-performing teams, modernizing systems, and ensuring technology serves as a competitive advantage for the organization.
