Dr. Sandra Kelly-Harris
Dr. Sandra Kelly-Harris is Senior Associate Principal Scientist at Kraft Heinz, a global food manufacturer. Sandra received a Ph.D. in Food Science from Cornell University, with minors in Microbiology and Nutrition. Sandra also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Kentucky. Previously, Sandra worked as a Staff Research Associate at the Medical School of the University of California in San Diego, and as a Quality Control Bacteriologist for Northeastern Products Company in New Jersey. Sandra is a co-inventor on three granted patents and co-author of published scientific papers. She has received numerous awards during her 29-year career at Kraft Heinz. She currently holds professional memberships in the American Society for Microbiology, the International Association for Food Protection, and the Institute of Food Technologists.
