Nadja Sowell is a driven and compassionate professional serving as the Client Success Manager at the Center for Food Equity in Medicine (CFFEIM). With a B.S. in Health Science and a minor in Public Health from Northern Illinois University, Nadja brings a strong foundation in healthcare and public wellness to her role. She is passionate about improving the lives of individuals facing serious health challenges by ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need.

Nadja’s experience as a Care Coordinator at Friend Health allowed her to gain hands-on expertise in patient education, care coordination, and performing Health Risk Assessments. She has a deep understanding of Electronic Health Records and is skilled in developing and implementing patient care plans. This knowledge enables her to effectively manage client needs and ensure a seamless experience at CFFEIM.

In addition to her healthcare background, Nadja has experience as a Community Advisor at Northern Illinois University, where she provided personal and academic support to residents, coordinated events, and promoted a positive learning environment. Her interpersonal communication skills, combined with a talent for conflict resolution, make her an invaluable asset to the CFFEIM team.
